Eight years ago, I founded FINdustries, a business dedicated to solution building, serving customized solutions to clients ranging from startups to Fortune 10 companies. I worked to develop business with clients and referrals that swiftly brought success. Putting in the necessary grind, I found the reward of material success—which helped my clients generate more than $1B in annual revenue--but realized something key was missing.

In growing FINdustries, I was shrinking myself, burning out my energy, and missing out on the meaning of it all. Through a few introductions and by making some changes, I joined a climb up Kilimanjaro in 2018, I started to see that I had become numb to the highs and lows of life. That led me to travel to Peru, where I began to understand I could no longer separate work from my life. I needed to integrate both sides of my life. It was a mutiny of the soul. I realized that I only want to be working with friends and people that I love, with shared values and fulfilling relationships at the center. This was crucial to shifting how I treated myself in my business and personal life. Travel is a pivotal experience that lets us step outside our comfort zones, seeing how other people live and share their experiences. Helped me grow myself and expand my ideology.

Through working with coaches for over a decade, I discovered the one thing I never needed accountability for: Self development. I read anything I could get my hands on, created started men’s groups, partnered to do a podcast, and personally coached friends. Coaching, and sharing insights I’ve learned this past decade, brought deep meaning to me while helping lift others.

Training with shamans, spiritual leaders, and self development gurus, I developed an integrated and integral approach that nurtures each client’s true self, so that we choose the mask that we wear. My relentless curiosity, critical analysis, energy, sense of humor and storytelling help personalize my approach for you. It all starts with listening and asking good questions. Together we share real-world business experiences to bring clarity and drive growth.
